When it comes to buying and selling real estate, the knowledge and experience of a professional can make all the difference. That's why you should put Sachi Braden to work for you. Sachi's determination, commitment to exemplary service, and market knowledge are invaluable assets that work to her client's advantage. Whether you are in the market for a condominium, single family home or a multi-family investment, put Sachi's experience on your side.
Sachi was born and raised in Osaka Japan. In 1971, she took a job with Pan-American World Airways and moved to the United States. Her position with Pan-Am gave her the opportunity to reside in and visit many cosmopolitan cities worldwide enabling her to meet and network with many influential people. Her contacts, people skills and warm personality served her well when she moved on to the world of real estate marketing in 1989.
Since starting her real estate career, Sachi has continually strived to further enhance her knowledge. Over the years, she has earned her Broker's license, Graduate Realtor Institute designation and prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is held by only a very small percentage of all real estate agents nationally. And locally, in terms of production Sachi is consistently within the top 1% among all real estate agents in Hawaii.
Sachi balances her real estate career with volunteer work. She serves a Buddhist group as an interpreter. She is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Japan-America Society of Hawaii and serves as chair of the membership committee. She is a volunteer for the Red Cross Guild. And, she and her husband Bradley A. Coates, Esq. have been great art supporters, often sponsoring young and upcoming artist exhibits.
Sachi's bilingual skills and her understanding of cultural differences coupled with her work ethic, negotiation skills and market knowledge are all assets that help her clients achieve their real estate goals. That's why literally hundreds of her satisfied former clients continue to enthusiastically recommend Sachi to their family and friends.
Sachi Hawaii's agents are fluent in Chinese, Korea, and Japanese.
